Power point Presentation on the book, ERIE CANAL COUSINS, for grades K-2 with a short reading from the book. Some tips on journal writing (about 30 minutes)

 

Same as above but geared to grades 3-6. More detailed presentation. (about 45 minutes)

 

 Both programs include: how the book was written and published, tips on writing, and include the song, “15 Miles on the Erie Canal”

 

 UTICA'S MARVELOUS PAST

 

 Power point Presentation on the book, Three Weeks in Utica, for grades  K-2 with a short reading from the book. (about 30 minutes)

 

Same as above but geared to grades 3-6. Power Point includes  pictures of early Utica and why the book was written. (about 45 minutes)

 

 A More Historical "Utica's Marvelous Past"

of  this book describing a typical day spent there.      Participate in some paper and pencil activities,   games, and singing. A fun program for all ages
